muslim vs freedom of relgion

On friday we had a debate on whether it was okay or not okay to build a mosque next to ground zero.There were three sides the no side,the yes side and in the middle it was the people who wern't sure in what they wanted. I started out on the no side but then shortly into the debate i chose to walk over to the yes side. The reason i was on the no side was because i do disagree on the matter of it being built too close to ground zero. I think that if anyone had a heart theyd be considerate to those familys who lost their love ones in the attack. The reason i walked over to yes side was because i do believe in freedom of relgion. Everyone has their own belifs and should be allowed to express themsleves. After all its in the bill of rights. After a while into the argument i started hearing everyones arguments and just listening to what they had to say and soon realized that i honestly did not know anymore. In the end i simply did not care in what the people did because in the end its a loose loose situation. People will be angry no matter what happens.
